• Residential design brief: contact details, project location, property and room requirements, style, budget, package and service selections, timeline, message and any files you choose to upload.
• Virtual Concierge: the pathway you select, your answers, contact details and preferred contact method.

How it is used

Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. Submissions and uploaded files are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized Frost Phoenix staff.

Uploaded files

Please do not submit highly sensitive or confidential documents through the initial forms. Share them later through a channel agreed with Frost Phoenix.
